Hey, we’re People Being People - four semi-functional humans who, thanks to the butterfly effect, started this band. We do the indie rock / dream pop / alt-rock thing, but really it’s just an excuse to be loud, write honest songs, and drink beer in between rehearsals. This all started when Inés (sings, strums, spills Spanish sarcasm everywhere) released Up My Sleeve in 2024 - an album full of cheeky humor and “life reflections” (aka overthinking, but make it catchy). Back then, People Being People was a solo project, and the first live show happened at the Benicàssim International Festival. Now we’re based in Amsterdam, signed to Rexius Records, and fully leveled up to “actual band” status with Adrián (guitar wizard), Tom (bass + best vibes ever), and Julian (drums + purest heart). Our songs float somewhere between Wolf Alice, The Black Keys, and that one band you keep meaning to remember the name of. Basically: heartfelt, dreamy, a bit unpredictable, and never too serious - because honestly, life’s too short for boring music.
